What are the delivery charges for my order?
- Within the Netherlands the delivery charges are € 3,95 per order (free delivery from € 50,00)
- Within the EU the delivery charges are € 10,00 per order
- Within Europe but not part of the EU the delivery charges are € 15,00 per order
- The delivery charges for the rest of the world are € 22,50 per order
In which countries can I have my order delivered?
Dinkra delivers worldwide.
Do I have to pay for any import duties?
All customs or import duties that apply in the country of delivery are for the recipient
When can I expect my order?
Dinkra works with PostNL. We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. Our clothing, bags and accessories are hand made with care. This makes your order within 1-3 business days ready for shipping. We deliver within 1-3 working days within the Netherlands. If your order is shipped on Saturday, the delivery by PostNL will be on Tuesday. Outside the Netherlands the delivery will be between 2-10 working days.
If your order is ready for shipping then you will receive an email from us with a track & trace code. This is to follow your delivery online via www.tracktrace.nl. If your order is not delivered within the specified time please contact us. This can be done by telephone on number 010-4382451 or by mail via email@example.com.
Delivery at a different delivery address (gift)?
You can have your order delivered to another address. During the order process choose "Ship to different address". Here you can enter the different delivery address.
I was not at home, where is my order?
If you are not at home at the second free delivery attempt, PostNL will leave a collection note. On this note is stated where you can collect your package.
My Track & Trace number is not working?
The Track & Trace number will be active when PostNL will scan the package. If the number is not working after 1 working day, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org of contact our customer service at +31 (0)10 4382451.
Order is not delivered or incorrect?
