The clothing, bags and accessories by Dinkra are carefully hand made. Every order is after making, as well as before shipping, extensively checked by us. We assume that each customer is satisfied with his or her order. If the article is still not satisfactory, please let us know as soon as possible via email [email protected] or telephone +31 6 33031760. We will try to ensure that any complaint or problem is solved as good as possible.
You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receiving without giving any reason to cancel. After cancellation, you have 14 days to return your product again. You'll get the full order amount including shipping credited. Only the cost for return of your home address to the webshop is for own account. If you use your right of dissolution, the product and if -reasonably possible- in the original condition and packaging has to be returned to Dinkra. To exercise this right please contact us via [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount within 14 days after registration of your return.
We only accept returned items that:
- are in the most original condition as possible and returned undamaged
- are unused
- contain all enclosed extra's
- have original tickets and labels still attached to the item
- are prepaid postage
The cost of the return shipment are entirely for the account of the sender and are therefore not covered by Dinkra. If the items unused and undamaged have been returned on time and correctly,
Dinkra will pay the price paid (excluding any shipping costs) within 14 days of return receipt of the items.
In exchange of an article Dinkra take once the shipping costs of resending the products on its behalf.
